Various bug fixes and changes

A few changes and bug fixes
Changes:
- Teodor is now in the final chapter replacing the dark druid with Gespenst
- Teodor's, Jerme's Linus's, and Nergal's weapons are now dropable
- Added pathing overrides for classes that were previously flying to have pathing that doesn't have impassible terrain
- Added Archsage and Dark Druid to "other" list so that it won't get picked up by "Comabat" or "Combat/Staves"
- I did this because those classes add so many bases to a character that it can make an early game boss unbeatable
- Uhai was one such example that I could not defeat even with enhanced growth rates.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where Oleg's second weapon was not randomized on Hector mode
- Fixed a bug where one of Pent's weapons was not randomized on Hector mode
- Fixed a bug where Nino's class was not randomized and she showed up as an enemy on Hector mode
- Fixed an issue where some classes were getting invalid palettes which forced them to take a default generic palette
- Fixed a few places where Athos wasn't randomized
- Fixed a few places where Nils and Ninian weren't randomized
- Fixed a few places where Pent and Louise weren't randomized
- Fixed a place where Elbert wasn't randomized
- Fixed a bug where Armads, Sol Katti, and Durandal still had character locks
