Run saltbot on alpine instead of ubuntu for a lighter image
Deliver a binary from a builder stage to further lighten the image
Run the image as a different user and group to minimize hacking blast radius
Build for 64 bit arm instead of 32 bit
Run on python3.9 instead of python3.6
