What/Why

One of the key features is the ability to make every promotion item in the game a master seal. This PR implements this feature by setting the name, description, item description, use descriptionanduse action` to that of a master seal.

I also added Eirika and Ephraim's lord classes to the master seal list of characters.

Additionally, I found some errors in some of the memory locations I took note of.
