Return error message if pokemon is already caught

Summary

This confused me when I had already caught a magikarp previously and I thought it wasn't properly evolving into gyarados. Turns out, I had already caught and evolved magikarp so I think it's best to just straight up indicate if the pokemon has already been caught.
