Feature Request: Search specific caugh pokemon

Summary

It would be nice to see if you have a specific pokemon by searching that pokemon. For example,

!find bulbasaur

Should report whether bulbasaur has been caught by the trainer requesting the find.

Stretch Goal

It would also be nice if pokebot could report what evolutions are also seen and which ones are missing. So if the trainer has caught bulbasaur and evolved it to ivysaur, it should reply.
